Hi Cliff, Boy are you in trouble. I have devoured all the information. I've listened to every single sound track, I've made tons of notes, I've practiced my new skills on the telephone, I've enjoyed conversations with my friends, my neighbours and with my colleagues. I'm getting amazing results! The postman has stopped leaving my garden gate open, I've persuaded a young lady to join me for a meal this evening, I got a discount on the cost of servicing my car. But I'm behind schedule and it's all your fault!
